This week’s tips are all about transforming emotions.

1. Get centered in your heart
2. Invite your soul to join you there
3. Ask your soul to send its note of joy and other energies to your heart center.
4. Move down to your solar plexus area.
5. What emotions are coming up for you that prevent you from living your beautiful life?
6. Take each emotion, seen within a small flame up to your heart center where it is completely transformed into positive loving energy and emotions.
7. Do this several times a day.
8. There is no limit on how many emotions are you willing to transform.
9. Trust in the process.
10. Enjoy the transformation is real and lasting!
