This week’s tips are about going the distance, no matter what.

• Stay true to your path, even in the face of doubt and/or adversity. Your commitment to truth will prevail.
• Do not look to outsiders for validation; that comes only from within.
• Be willing to persevere, build character and maintain a sense of hope at all times.
• Look at problems from a higher perspective and be willing to change some directions along the way.
• Be willing to suspend judgement of things being bad, see them only as lessons that you easily breeze through.
• Enjoy the process.
• Celebrate all achievements, even the tiny ones.
• Make time for yourself.
• Laugh often.
• Smile.
• Choose excellence instead of perfection.
